How To Prepare Vinaigrette Salad
Welcome back to my articles. Today’s dish is one that we refer to as short and sweet.
I enjoy informing my readers on the origins of the dishes I make, to have a good idea of the regions these creative food ideas come from at a glance.
It’s hard to say Vinaigrette originated from a particular country. It has been in France way before time and the Italians were also preparing it long back.
This meal, when starting, was a meaty sauce affair, but in our era, it’s a vegetable sauce that is treasured by many.
Knowing a small history I can take you through my recipe.
Ingredients
· Big onion
· Cabbage
·Tomatoes
· Vinegar
· Sugar
· Oil
· Sugar
1. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to a bowl.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar
3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil
4. Mix the ingredients well, then separate half of the components into a bowl or a cup.
5. Add our sliced vegetables into the bowl and mix all the ingredients to your satisfaction.
6. Add the mixture that was put aside on top of our vegetables.
Our Vinaigrette Salad is now ready and you can accompany it with any snack you prefer.
